NEW BUSINESSES NOW OPEN:

Tangletown Cross Fit Opens! Tangletown CrossFit located at 4632 Nicollet Ave S opened it's doors on Monday, October 3rd. CrossFit offers group fitness classes that provide all-inclusive fitness. Sweets Bakeshop has expanded from it's first location in St. Paul to 4747 Nicollet Ave S, Minneapolis. Open Tuesday - Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm. Closed on Mondays. A Grand Opening will be held on April 9 featuring free chair massages and a tasting seminar with Andrew Kopplin.

Digs, a Northfield-based craft and gift shop will relocate to the former Better Than Ever space on Grand Avenue in July. The move comes because owner Linda Schneewind wants to return to her hometown. Read More

digs Relocates from Northfield to Southwest Minneapolis
digs stocks a wide and eclectic product mix; from yarn to greeting cards, fabric to jewelry, clothing to vintage goods, and ribbon to recycled. Brimming with local, hand-made and eco-conscious creations, digs is hoping to help make the world a brighter place.

Through their wide selection of D.I.Y. materials, classes and enthusiasm for handmade, digs hopes to inspire and empower their customers, giving them the encouragement and tools to make their vision become reality. digs will launch classes this fall. Look for courses in knitting, sewing and creating with recycled goods.

As a certified yoga instructor, owner, Linda Schneewind, has developed classes and provided direction to help students achieve a strong sense of self, confidence and balance in their lives.
